Society Twitter Chat Draws Participants from US Senate, Advocacy Organizations

Senator DiannFeinstein Tweete Feinstein (D-CA) and consumer advocacy groups such as Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families took part in the Society’s Twitter chat on endocrine-disrupting chemicals and personal care products Wednesday. The conversation was the Society’s largest Twitter chat to date.

Moderated by member Jodi Flaws, PhD, and Society staff, the event hashtag was viewed more than 2.3 million times by Twitter users, according to the social media analytics firm Symplur.
